About Christine...
Christine McHugh (she/her) is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and has served as the Intimacy Coordinator for the first seasons of Amazon's, Outer Range, NBC/Universal's, MacGruber, season 2 of ABC's, Big Sky, season 6 of AMC's, Better Call Saul and the feature film, Dead For A Dollar. She brings to her intimacy coordinator training decades of work as an acting and improv teacher and corporate trainer teaching, "How to Deal with Difficult Conversations". Additionally, she has served as support staff for Human Awareness Institute (HAI) workshops on love, intimacy, and sexuality, and trained as a life coach with Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and as a facilitator for The Work of Byron Katie.
Christine spent five years as President of the New Mexico chapter of Women in Film, which is an organization dedicated to supporting women working in all aspects of the film industry in New Mexico through networking, mentorship, and education. During her time leading NMWIF, she produced multiple events dealing with gender inequity as experienced by women in all sectors of the industry.
A deft communicator dedicated to compassionate collaboration that leads to clarity, she approaches her work as an intimacy coordinator as a professional opportunity to facilitate safety for everyone’s empowerment in service to the story.
Trained by Amanda Blumenthal of Intimacy Professionals Association (IPA) in her rigorous certification program, Christine is one of the first certified Intimacy Coordinators from the class of 2020 to work in the New Mexico film industry.
